Do I need a property manager if I only have one property?
Not necessarily. Many landlords choose professional management to save time and stress. Or Starter Letting package is tailored to landlords looking for support with a small number of properties.

How do you ensure legal complience?
We help landlordsstay complient with current UK regulations, including tenants rights legislation, deposit protection and safety certificates.

How do you find tenants?
We advertise properties across major property portals, conduct viewings and carefully screen applicants through references and credit checks.

What checks do you carry out on tenants?
Tenant screening includes credit checks, employment and income verification, references from previous landlords and right-to-rent checks.

How long does it take to find a tenant?
This can depend on the property type, location and market conditions. After initial onboarding we aim to have a tenant moved in within a week.

Who holds the tenant's payments?
Tenant deposits are protected in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDP) as required by UK law.

What happens if a tennant stops paying rent?
We follow a structured process which may include contacting the tenant, arranging payment plans, and, if necessary, begin formal legal procedures.

How do I get started with your services?

We do. Arranged through our services team, tenants are welcome to arrange regular cleaning services.

How do I apply for a property?
You can apply by contacting us directly, or book through one of our partner booking sites.

Do I need a guarantor?
In some cases, a guarantor may be required, particularly if a tenant has limited rental history or does not meet income requirements.

Are pets allowed?
Some properties allow pets, but this depends on the landlord's approval and terms of the tenancy agreement.

Can I decorate the property?
Tenants are welcome to furnish and decorate but must obtain written approval from us or the landlord before making any alterations to the property.
